Overview
PsychoLogic is a clinician-facing iOS workflow app for psychology assessment, care planning, mood monitoring, session notes, analytics, and crisis escalation prompts. The current release is designed for local clinical workflow support and does not replace professional judgement, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or emergency services.
Data Stored On Device
The app can store clinician-entered client profiles, mood logs, assessment records, therapy plans, session notes, local audit events, and local authentication/session information on the user's device. This information is used to provide the app's assessment, documentation, and progress-monitoring features.
Data Collection By The Developer
The submitted app build does not include analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, third-party tracking, external account creation, cloud sync, or network upload of clinical records to the developer. Data entered into the app remains local to the device unless the user or organization separately exports, shares, backs up, or manages the device through Apple or organizational systems outside this app.
Security
The app uses Apple's platform security features, local Keychain storage for protected values, SwiftData/local device storage, and local encryption helpers for supported data-protection workflows. Users should protect their device with a passcode, keep iOS up to date, and follow their organization's clinical governance, consent, data retention, and breach-response policies.
Health And Clinical Information
PsychoLogic may contain sensitive health, mental-health, and clinical workflow information entered by clinicians or care teams. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the required consent, authority, and professional basis to enter, store, review, or share client information in the app.
Crisis And Emergency Use
The app provides crisis escalation prompts and links to support resources, but it is not an emergency service. If a person is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services and the treating clinician or responsible care team immediately.
Children
The app is intended for qualified clinicians and care teams, not for unsupervised use by children.
